Onyx Holdings Ltd has announced that two of their group companies, Caspian Climatic Ltd and Radun Controls Ltd, are to be merged at the end of this year. Caspian Climatic will become a division of Radun Controls and will move into their larger, modern ISO9001:200 accredited manufacturing facility in South Wales.

Radun Controls Ltd was founded in 1963 and has over 40 years experience of subcontract manufacturing for major blue chip companies including Logitech, Panasonic & Sony. In addition, Radun manufacturers many of the products designed by Caspian where high volumes are required.

Caspian Climatic has been designing and manufacturing high quality, heated and cooled food/beverage dispensers and point of sale display units in Malmesbury since 1995, for such illustrious clients as Mars, Nestle, Ben & Jerry’s, Pepsico, Cadbury and Tropicana to name but a few.
