Telecommunications

eGRAF products can eliminate the negative impact of heat generating components in telecommunications equipment. In mobile phone applications, active (fan-based) solutions are not a viable thermal solution due to noise and power consumption levels. eGRAF passive cooling solutions solve many problems unique to handheld devices, including keypad, “flash” LED, LED backlight, power amplifier and battery-related thermal issues. In these cases, cooing will be limited to the thermal conductivity of the packaging material and whatever airflow is provided inside the system. eGRAF® SPREADERSHIELD™ thermal management material is the ideal solution for efficiently moving heat to the exterior packaging without compromising size and capability.
