High quality honeycomb EMI/RFI vents from P & P Technology

P & P Technology Ltd use custom-built CNC drilling machines to ensure high accuracy when manufacturing their range of honeycomb attenuation vents.

P & P’s VP Series of high performance honeycomb ventilation panels can be manufactured from steel, brass or stainless steel and are produced to customer specification for specific applications such as screened rooms, military applications and shelters where high attenuation is required across the frequency range and particularly in the H-field. They are particularly suitable for TEMPEST and EMP applications.

Both rectangular and circular styles are available and various plating and gasket options are available.

Other products in P & P Technology’s fully customisable Ventshield Attenuation Vent range include their VH Series of lightweight aluminium vents and their VF Series, which combines the benefits of an attenuation vent panel with the properties of a dustfilter in a single frame. Their VB Series assemblies are composites of the VH Series honeycomb vents and demountable dustfilter panels containing a demembraned polyurethane filter media.

VH Series vents are designed for use in rack and other forms of commercial enclosure while the VF Series products are suitable for use in industrial or military environments where a heavy duty attenuating dustfilter is required. VB Series vents are ideal for use in racks and electronic equipment enclosures where the ingress of dust or foreign matter is likely but the heavier duty VF series is not needed.
